The Structure
This is not a gym, nor a casual hobby class. This is a traditional, one-on-one mentorship designed to decode ancient combat logic for modern application.

Training requires deconstructing your movement habits and rebuilding them from the ground up. It is a painful, boring, yet rewarding process.
