In-Person course

Hands-On. Eyes-On. All In.
Step into the training space, feel every detail, and get real-time corrections you can’t get online.
Whether you’re starting fresh or sharpening high-level skills, in-person sessions give you the fastest, most direct path to progress.

Core idea
Physical training has limits and an end. With two hands, two feet, and one torso, every gain is a trade-off. Training is a sequence of choices and balances. Instead of years of trial and error, see the full map first, then place your time, money, and energy where they work best. We teach fast with structure and checks. How deep you go on fundamentals is your call.

  • May I record
Short recap clips at the end are fine. Avoid full-session recording for focus and interaction.
