Shinkage

Yagyū Shinkage-ryū originates from Japan's Sengoku period,
transmitted through Yagyū Muneyoshi and Yagyū Hyōgonosuke
to the Owari domain.
Our lineage descends through Ikenosoku-sensei
and the Tenkudō of Kanbe Kinshichi.

Shinkage-ryū does not pursue the killing blow. It pursues this — before you draw your sword, your opponent has nowhere left to go.

Control is not force. It is reading the other's rhythm, then turning that rhythm to your purpose.
